Before you write
- For install or entitlement issues, include whether you installed from the Microsoft Store or a sideloaded MSI.
- Prefer the in-app Diagnostics → Copy report (review it first — strip anything sensitive).
- Provider/API billing for OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and similar services is handled by those providers, not by Meldwire.
